Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Michelle is a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCMP) and registered Acupuncturist (R. Ac.) with both the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) and the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia (CTCMA).

After obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Science at the University of Alberta, she received her acupuncture diploma at the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and TCM herbalist diploma at PCU College of Holistic Medicine. Michelle comes from a family lineage of TCM practitioners and due to her exposure to TCM since childhood, she has developed a passion for helping others through a holistic healing approach.

Michelle is committed to providing the highest quality of individualized health care to assist her patients in achieving their maximum potential while also preventing disease. With extensive training and knowledge in treating women’s health through herbal medicine and excellence in pain relief through TCM acupuncture, she wishes to promote TCM while helping patients improve their quality of life both mentally and physically. She utilizes a variety of modalities including acupuncture, electro-stimulation, dry/wet cupping, scrapping (gua sha), nutrition/lifestyle counseling, tuina massage, and herbal medicine.

With Michelle’s caring, friendly, patient and supportive personality, she is able to develop a strong connection with her patients and create a space where patients feel comfortable and cared for.
