What to Expect:

First time visiting? Not to worry, we’re here to ease your stress! Here’s what you can expect during your first visit!

Your first visit will consist of an initial assessment and a report of findings which may vary based on the practitioner that you are seeing. Using your health history and/or a structured physical exam, our practitioners will be able to build a care-plan that is tailored to you and your needs.

Things we may discuss with you:

Patient education/information regarding your concern

Risks and Benefits to care

Discussing any concerns/answering any questions that you may have with regards to specific forms of treatment (for example, a manipulation, shockwave, etc)

Alternatives to care

Setting expectations for your care plan and what it may look like

How to prepare:

Bring your insurance card with you (if applicable)

Wear comfortable clothing

Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.
